Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I ORDER?
Due to the many options available to you, we have found that - in the end - you get exactly what you want if we take your order live over the phone or in person, not through an online site. The various styles, finishes and sizes you can choose from allow your furniture to be hand-crafted just the way you want it by our speaking before we build it for you.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
To protect your payment information, we will take your credit card number over the phone. A 50% deposit is required when you order your items with the remaining balance due upon delivery. We happily accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, checks and cash.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY FURNITURE?
Depending on the time of year and current backlog, you should expect to see your furniture in 4 to 6 weeks. We do our best to expedite your order, but each piece is hand-crafted and finished just for you after it's ordered. This takes time, but you'll agree, worth the wait. CAN MY FURNITURE BE PAINTED?
Yes! But due to the infinite shades of colors we ask that you arrange for/or paint your own unfinished pieces after delivery. The process requires a prime coat using a good quality exterior enamel undercoater followed by two coats of a UV-rated, premium exterior Acrylic enamel. We can direct you to our Professional Painting Contractor to have your chairs painted, if you so desire.
HOW DO I KEEP MY FURNITURE LOOKING LIKE NEW?
Your Napa Valley Woodworks Adirondack Furniture has been stained and sealed using commercial grade READY SEALŪ. http://www.Readyseal.com/ Ready Seal offers extreme protection against harmful UV rays. C - Natural Cedar
P - Pecan
G - Golden Pine
W - Dark Walnut
R - Redwood
O - Light Oak
M - Mahogany
